I got perma banned like 3 years ago and I can still use my Pass, but I cant report things kek.
Oddly enough, I got temp banned from /v/ once and I wasnt able to post with my Pass from any kind of IP.. it was like an account ban. But that was only for temp bans, never perma bans... weird rules here.
