I never shitpost, and I hate how the term has gone from "awful post" to "ironically humorous memes spewed by literal children and normalfags". If you don't have anything to post, save yourself the innumerably small amount of effort you'd put into "shitposting" and just go do something constructive.

I haven't shitposted much, there's way too much of it as it is, and I honestly believe it makes people dumber. Instead of an actual conversation, the average anon prefers irony, since it requires little thought. Why actually put effort into a response when you could reply with greentext, "kys," or one of /pol/'s favorite words? This is why the site is dying. Keep that shit contained to /b/ or /s4s/.

I'm sure I'll get a "*tips fedora*" for this post because I didn't fill it with memes.
