Both will be 60fps. It's a fighting game.

I'm getting both to play with both player bases but I expect to be playing on PC more for a number of reasons.

PS4 PROS
>more players overall
>old PSN buddies from years past still there
>no hackers, no goddamn pirates
>5.1+ audio natively

PS4 CONS
>have to pay $60 per year to play online
>shitty net connections despite having to pay for it
>can only use PS4 specific controllers
>when the system dies, so does the game

PC PROS
>stronger competition - people who play fighters on PC are very dedicated to the genre
>graphics, performance, faster/more stable network, etc etc
>free online
>no generational system death so your stats and ability to play when you want to remain forever
>can use any kind of controller I damn well want to
>better recording/streaming options

PC CONS
>smaller player base
>lots of foreigners
>no 5.1 audio (assuming)
