Sup guys, I just finished SMT2, it was better than SMT1, but still felt like a chore and wasn't very enjoyable.
SMT IF is only in wapanese, right? I'll probably skip it if so.
Is KMT even any better than SMT 1+2? I feel I should play it but I'm not sure if I can handle another 2 of these games without getting bored to death.
Or maybe I should just go for Persona 1 already?

How are SMT2's battles a chore at all? I understand that in P1 they can be annoying as fuck since you're always underleveled thanks to retarded EXP distribution and estoma doesn't work, but SMT2 is a breeze, you always have enough EXP from bosses to never fight in a random encounter unless you actually want to and boss encounters are pretty fun.

Well you have passive skills for each element piercing, literally called Ice Pierce, etc.
Then you have severe damage spells that automatically ignore any sort of resistance, just like physical attacks that have pierce.
