not sure how it is in vanilla P4, but in p4g once you get high on her social link (or complete, I don't remember) she gives you all the information instantly, you don't even have to wait a turn.

She also does stuff like buffing/healing the party, reviving the MC once per battle, blocking one shot skills once per battle

she even casts power/mind charge for the whole party ffs.

I forgot all about that. It was actually that useless. I think the only time I actually remember it helping was during Nyx. At least it looks like they are skipping the color coding in P5, and who knows what weaknesses an enemy might be.

They had info about Personas from one of the biggest corporations in Japan that spent years researching them. Even during P3 only Mitsuru and Fuuka could use their Personas outsie the dark hour.
They aren't more adept, they just knew what they had to do. IT had no idea it takes more effort than just calling out the persona to summon it in real world.

Fuuka is the better support because she scans and has what Rise has faster and with less XP needed, by the time you get all of Rise's skills you are already at endgame and it all becomes useless
