1) You don't get good with Adachi, nobody will. I've yet to meet even one average Adachi online in over 350-ish games. I have seen nobody who even tried to put in any sort of work understanding the character. In fact, the only person I saw who was actually doing good was the man Flux himself, and even OmniScythe.
2) You just push the persona button. After you recover, there are a couple frames where you can still use an ability(ie A.Heat Riser, A.Magatsu Mandala, either Ghastly Wail, 5C) and it'll appear where the persona was at the end of 2C.
