My biggest problem with people who live by the calculator is a lack of experience with what they're using, and the fact that it can't calculate every eventuality in a fight. You can use it as a guideline at most. Are you ever going to be in a fight where every party member is at exactly 25% HP all of the time? Or are they going to attack 2½ times each turn because that's what works out as average? Maybe you'll triple attack twice in a row while the buff is up, but then the buff wears off and you end up single attacking other turns. Maybe a Sage heals you before your attack processes and you're at 50% HP instead of 30% HP. Rather than going for the best grid in an exactly specific situation, it's better to aim for a grid that's solid in all situations; there is no perfect solution. So maybe a grid is 2% weaker at 50% HP and 1% stronger at 100%, it's not a game changing difference.

If you don't have at least 1 +99 stacks and you've been playing for over a year then that means that not only do you not do your rupee rolls but you also don't do HL Magnas.

Don't worry about inflating your rank, the only problem with this is when other people compare your rank with your grids. There's no downside to having a high rank outside of how other people view you, which you shouldn't pay attention to anyway. You'll regret holding back on ranking up later when you really want those 155 or 185 party hp zeniths, or even the 170 damage cap.
