If you want a fuckload of people, Sargatanas or Mateus are on the most popular data center and are pretty (over)populated. Mateus is also the current ERP hotspot out of Balmung if you're a degenerate.

Otherwise, I'd personally suggest something mid-pop and comfy like Excalibur or Ultros. The Primal datacenter is nice.

Basically everything in ARR except a few levels in Coil and most likely everything short of Alexander/EX Primals in HW. I would say possibly PLD/WAR and RDM. I mount farmed ARR EX primals with a RDM on my WAR/DRK and WAR was always easiest to stay alive with, whereas DRK would eat shit if the RDM didn't spam heals on me because Souleater just isn't good enough.

Now that i thought about it i think what also hurts at least for me is i found most of the dungeon loot from the SB dungeons kind of boring. I remember in HW being excited to get my Tank to 51 so i can start collecting the set from Dusk Vigil. Or the nice tribal look from Aery for the various clases. Or the clean look from Vault or Scholarly look from Gubal.
