Whichever age I choose, I'd play all the games in. Main reason 4(A) is on the table is because of the multiplayer still being a small thing to play with /vg/. I'll get through everything eventually, it's just a question of what order. I'm a bit worried 4's apparent ease will make going into Nexus that much more of a pain with the Ninebreaker/Last Raven.

The gameplay is completely different so even if you did play 4th gen first it wouldn't matter when you played 3rd gen.
