Do NOT use the modded apk for the Duelist Kingdom event duels. The event duels are supposed to omit sending normal data but instead track other things, such as whether you used Summoned Skull or Curse of Dragon. When the modded apks fails to send any data about this, but instead sends a bunch of irrelevant, unsolicited data about how many fusion summons you made, your account will be flagged.

There is no risk however in using the modded apk in the standard world.

500+ coins only got toon barrel

So, I started playing yesterday and, obviously, I'm building Naturia. From analyzing the current cardpool, the best configuration seems to be:

3 Marron
3 Pumpkin
3 Hydrangea
3 Beetle
1 Pineapple
1 Super Rush
3 Controller
3 Anti-Magic Arrows

However, I obviously have no access to Arrows. How should I be dealing with it? Exterio's Fang seems like the second best option, but it fucks with card advantage on a deck that won't be drawing cards already, and it's a trap (so no use on the draw, bad synergy with Pineapple, and subject to backrow interference). Are there any other answers I've overlooked?

You certainly want one when you're going for the throat. The nature of the deck is going full all-in and winning in one turn, two at most, so I'm also going all-in on the game plan. Arrows guarantee that the only thing that'll ever stop you is a Kuriboh. Else, you could risk eating a Mirror Wall or Etaqua to the face.

I'd rather run cards that can be used aggressively and really go all-in. I believe you'll lose more because you wanted something to win and drew Mirror Wall than you'll win because the only out was Mirror Wall, you drew it, and then you managed to draw something else to turn things around.

I just saw it summon sphere kuriboh in attack and end turn when the autobattle had game onboard already. He just had to fucking attack with gearfried and it was over, but no the fucker had to summon SK in attack so vagabond could run it over for game next turn.

How do you all feel about the Lottery Mechanic? I kind of like it, just playing the game and getting coins is enough to get the cards, no need for a fancy farm deck and taking time to farm out every match.

Not too much of a fan of how the whole process is still entirely random, would have preferred more guaranteed drops like the previous events.
Still, though, this event is one of the few that's genuinely pretty fun to play.

I like the fact that you don't need to farm. Playing Unhappy Girl is just so fucking annoying. Defeating an opponent with certain cards or in a certain way is a good way to give bonuses though they are pretty insignificant in classic Konami fashion. The collect dices part on the other hand is dumb, as is the fact that PvP gives you less rewards than fighting SDs. I don't know why they keep doing that. Without PvP, they're fucked since you don't need any good cards to beat SDs so there's no incentive to buy anything.

Fucking rigged up piece of shit always opens that 3250 beatstick and I've pulled nothing but S/Ts THREE TIMES IN A ROW now. I'm about to just go Easy Mode on this event and pick all the low-levels.

I wish you would just get 8k rewards by default from winning. Having to farm is just such a chore and turns events more into an obligation than some fun change of scenery. It's not like getting 8k points showers you in prismatic packs.

Also I think Konami could afford to give us 50 free gems per day. Getting like 4 gems a day from clicking on things is just sad.
