30 stamina is always your best bet, always. The rates are not altered where units have a better chance to drop on lower stamina vs books, everything is less likely to drop on lower stamina. Always farm 30.

With 180 stamina, you need 5 gems to clear it 30 times. You'll probably lvl up one if you have neptune.
This means that if you gem for it, you will get something like 2 gem out of it, a few evolver and at least 6 kuzan, kuma and lucci books (obviously more with the normal drop rate). You can keep books now, since stackable books means that they only takes 1 place in your box.

So if you're planning to farm the island for the books, it's worth obviously. If not, just gem for it if you have the time, you lose nothing and get stuff for it.

You're really decked out for Red, with SW Luffy/Hack/SW Franky and you've got Neptune for FNs.
Mono colour teams aren't really as useful these days, I'd just start blasting your way through FNs with Neptune and rocket some levels.
