Upon reflection, no the wishes don't monkey paw.

However, they do have unintended consequences if you don't lock down your wish with a statement so clearly constructed it could only have one meaning. That's pretty much what I took away from Madoka, that what these girls needed was a Lawyer to write their wishes. See how almost nothing went wrong with Madoka when she worded her wish so perfectly that the only consequences were she ascended to heaven.

Try the ADB method.
First, make sure your PC has the drivers for your phone installed,

1) Set your phone's developer options on, then turn on USB debugger

2) Uninstall MagiRecord. Don't worry, it'll come back soon. I just hope you have a transfer code.

3) Install ADB on your computer, make sure to get the right one for your OS:

7.) When you see Success in the prompt, remove the device, and play. When you get to the title screen, push the lower left button and enter your code/password.

They're likely terrified they cant make a worthy continuation. I have a better time with people who are more social who are willing to put up with my awkwardness until it goes away and I relax more around them. This is probably why Homura and Madoka worked so well. Homura had an outgoing, friendly person who pulled her up from her glum shyness, and Madoka had a shy but deeply caring friend she wanted to protect. That lends to deep devotion on both sides.

Normally I take quite a bit of pride in my ability to convey things through text, but this has always been one of those things where I always stumble and end up ranting - all the while saying nothing that really makes sense. The short TL;DR version would essentially be to say that it's a culmination of the poor girl's personality. Everything from her pros and outstanding qualities and beliefs, to her faults and her negative qualities that just add up to make her the perfect little bluenette girl. Toss in some relateability towards her and her arc, as much as an actual person can reasonably relate to a fantastical universe where magic and what-not happens, anyway, and you've basically got the gist of it.

As someone who has been working on and off on getting FGO to run on emulators for over a year, how bad is the situation here?
I understand they check for root and generic emulator factors, they run some sort of origin check on where the app was installed from, what phone model you use and some google play store check.
The emulation stuff / root can be avoided, and phone model can be edited if you root and later unroot. Making a japanese enable playstore account isn't that hard either.
What's the current hold up on playing it?
