Blizzard really fucked up with Garrosh's representation in Heroes of the Storm. His abilities and role do not fit his character fantasy in any way. His kit should have been for another character.

you can splitpush like an asshole forever, without even caring if the enemy team comes to stop/gank you. actually, you WANT them to come. one of the best things you can do is have 2+ heroes come to kill you/stop your push and lead them on a wild goose chase while your team wins objective 4v3. yeah maybe you die after 30-60s of chasing but you don't care. your hp is low but bubble makes you very survivable still and the slow from slime makes you a pain in the ass to chase
your waveclear is good with pufferfish but your building damage is pretty low since the slime debuff doesn't work

depending on the enemy comp you can also play very aggressively in fights, doing tons of damage with slime build and diving/chasing for kills that would be too unsafe for your allies to go after
additionally with Fish Tank you can beat a lot of heroes 1v1

and if you're grouped with your team, don't be afraid to scout ahead or facecheck bushes for them with your disposable life

Well ming doesn't benefit too much if you're splitpushing solo since there's nobody to use her resets on, and butcher can never kill you 1v1 since bubble cancels charge. Both of them will benefit heavily if you join teamfights, so you should focus more on splitpushing and only really show up to fights to drop ulti.

Also worth noting that Show of Force breaks even with Reign of Chaos at about level 22 or so, so if you don't think you can complete the quest in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. you're against solo opponents on a large map that love to play kind of passive like Chromie or Nydus Zagara), it can be worthwhile.
Honestly the biggest upside of Ruthless Momentum/Show of Force build is that it lets you power spike way earlier in general. No quests attached to it, and you get to do better damage than one part of Chaos Reigns that actually scales with levels as long as you hit all three. The biggest downside is that you now have to hit all three spells, and hitting Q on three people doesn't give you a gigantic power spike if it does happen.
