Some things you just can't convince friends on, i just handle the logistics of transport or other important things myself. If i find a two seater i usually convince one friend at least to tag along to find another 2 seater and we got transport settled.

Now guiding them in battle and trying to direct their attention properly even with cardinal direction available to everyone that's another nightmare that gives me headaches sometimes.

Well the kill count itself isn't what matters, but the more people you kill around mid-game, the higher chance you'll end up with better shit from them. Unless you're really lucky, that's typically how one ends up with all level 3 shit and a Kar98 8x or something, all the players you killed essentially did all the looting for you.
So you can spend 20 minutes searching apartments for shit and get your ass killed or you can drop school, kill everyone there, and be geared up as fuck in no time so you can feel more comfortable camping
