I stopped playing a year ago because of real life and I'm thinking of getting back into it and remaking my character so I don't spend money resetting my skills. But I remember that if you didn't have a guild to at least talk to it was really lonely in this game since most english speakers don't actually talk outside of guild chat. I would really like to get back into this game but I can't seem to constantly play it. I spend most of my time in solo though, I can't even tell what are the good units nowadays, I still have my Saikis since last year.

The best unit sets are still Austere Arm&Rear + 12* Legs if you play a class that doesn't need more than 2 L Rings, and 12* Qlip Units from Deus for good PP/Atk. Buster Quests drop 12*s that have more HP and better Resists than Deus but come at the cost of a little Atk and PP. If you want to go full on tank mode you can also go with Zeinesis or Izane Units, that forego PP and Atk completely but come with lots of Defense and HP.
If you are new I'd recommend just spamming Buster Quests and doing Deus whenever the EQ pops up, going for Austere at this point is a pretty mixed bag since they are bound to implement more and more important rings.
