Should I do all of the trainings and the challenges before going into elite dangerous? I haven't done any challenges and made almost all trainings except for the srv and advanced combat ones.

You should do the srv just to get comfortable. Advanced combat is optional.

How do you try to not get scanned and get scanned anyways. It's piss easy not to, only times I got scanned was on my Type-7 while being very careless.
Just get to about 7KM away, line up with the entrance and boost away. When you are about 2KM set the throttle to 0, max power to shields, and do slight adjustments as you enter the station.

You can't pay off bounties until they expire. The station you're at doesn't matter.
A bounty is not a fine. These people want you dead for your involvement in the murder, and they're not about to waste their time hauling some dirty foreign spacer in front of a judge to profess his innocence.
