atk+3 is better than DB2. You lose 1 point in atk, but gain a much better counter phase.

Although Cherche and rein are both player phase units, don't underestimate their enemy phase. Cherche has decent defense and can tank blue phys units pretty well and counter for massive damage. And Rein has built in vantage which allows you to kill weakened red mages before at no risk.

To all you struggling f2ps, wondering if you should roll for Summer Corrin because of Flier memes, remember that Horse memes are:

Easier to obtain, since Ursula, Xander, and Camus are all free.
Easier to SI, since Gunter and Jeigan are common 3*s and you even get two of the former for free, while Flier memes require Hinoka, a 5* exclusive. Camus (Goad) and Berkut (Ward) are also free, while Minerva (Ward) is 5* exclusive.
Not limited edition, meaning you aren't screwed for a year if you didn't roll Spring Camilla, or if you don't have the orbs for the next special-edition flier unit.
Don't require rolling, so you don't have to use up your orbs and you can't get screwed by +hp/-spd IVs or -atk like the anon above me.
Have a more diverse selection of units, such as the aforementioned Xander and Camus. There's also good red horses, like Eldigan and Eliwood, unlike red fliers. And horses even have healers that can be used in Tempest and Chain Challenges, unlike fliers
There's the promise of bow horses, which are already in the game as enemies, unlike bow fliers. Same with mage cavs versus mage fliers.
Get similar results to the FCorrin vs +10 Fury enemies battle sim posted in the last thread, except you could always be screwed out of good IVs for her, you won't get her to +10 unless you become a whale, and Ursula is a guaranteed +2 with more copies of her to come, if Lunatic Lloyd is any indication.

So if you're a f2p, remember that there's no reason to roll for FCorrin unless you really want that damaged art or you already rolled Hinoka sometime. And even then, Valter will make all other blue fliers redundant in a month, so what's the point?
