You don't need 5 stars to do the 30 AP daily in 4 turns, this waver is from friends list and the servants used are 100% welfare. I'm fairly confident even a lvl 70 Kiyo would be adequate for 5 turns. Maybe even 4 turns, depends on whether you get Jing Ke and the Berserker.

The only caveat is that you need good craft essences. No way around it. That's what makes the difference.

So I've been looking at Bond CEs. and I've noticed that they're maxed out at +100 atk and hp. Compared to other 4* CEs, which can generally be maxed out to over a thousand in one stat, this seems pretty bad. Is the general idea that the effect of the Bond CEs make up for their bad base stat boosts?

For example, would using Seiba's bond CE be a good/better idea compared with just using a 5* CE, like L/ZO?

Yes. Prime example being Herc's, Artoria is too because 15% ATK to the whole party beats out 25% buster card only for herself. Lots of them are shit though, like arts up/buster up/crit up is mediocre, but there are alot of gems hidden.

Hassan's CE boosts death rate 20% for the whole party, couple that with David's 10% instadeath with every hit of his attack you got a meme death team. Arash and Georgios is good too, for their utility more than their stats.

I think that the utility of the CE is going to matter a lot more than the +900 stat difference. If you're looking at a Kaleido or some sort of Arts Effective CE, then you want the bonus that the CE gives, not caring about what stats get buffed.

Nobody looks at Herc's "Guts 3 times per match" and says they won't use it because they're losing out on 500 ATK or whatever.

What does Artoria's CE do?

I get the general idea, but +1,000 atk is nothing to sneeze at. Of course, you would have to roll multiple copies of the same CE, so I guess there's that.

The thing about Herc's CE is that it's what completes him, or at least that's my impression. Other Bond CEs, especially the ones that give out party-wide buffs, don't give off that impression.

Her CE gives +15% atk to all party members while she is on the field.

Thinking about it more, I guess the answer would be that it depends on the CE and the party build. If you could stack +15% buffs to various things, that would be pretty powerful.

15% ATK for the full party gives Herc or Lancelot an effective ATK boost for as long as she is alive and still on the field. Plus one for herself.

It depends on what you are looking for, really. If you expect her to nuke and then just die, then Kaleido is best. If you expect her to stick around, then her CE will buff the damage of everyone on the team.

Prime example would be Okita/Jack/Scat quickmeme team, since ALL of their bond CE's gives +25% crit damage up, and with their quick decks you can guarantee every turn crits with added 75% crit damage total. Shit's insane if you put the right team, but the investment demanded puts off a lot of people.
