Combat Hero should be either AV or Logan, HoboIF if you are poor.

Universal villain pretty much only DMM if you want the "least expensive" one. Because Thanos has a rather hard time doing it and Corvus would need Thanos leadership and both Thanos and Proxima 6* team up, meanwhile you can use Hela leadership for DMM.

m8, I'm talking about debuff-CC like stun, snare, fear, etc., not the pseudo-CC that's prevented by Guard Break Immunity.

Some modes cheat like bleed in SL or frost beast snare in ABX, but except for what we've both mentioned (Strange/Hobospidey, guard breaks), Immune to All Damage prevents CC and dispel from being inflicted during its duration.

The webs that hobospidey puts on the ground are able to ignore damage immunity and invincibility just like Strange's time stop. I think it has something to do with them being passive field effects that don't cause damage, thus they don't get blocked by damage immunity or invincibility.

With regards to apparently being able to penetrate, the damage immunity effect itself seems a little bugged. I've occasionally seen Sharon's immunity get dispelled by Thanos' Punch or Strange's Demons if I use it almost the exact moment the damage immunity activates, so it's possible if you throw in a normal web or stun during the same small window, it could also penetrate and inflict CC. My guess is sometimes the icon goes up a few frames before the damage/cc immunity actually activates. Wait a tiny bit longer and you should find none of it works.

Furthermore, remember that some of the effects on Sharon's and Danny's immunity skills last much longer than the actual damage immunity, and they can look pretty similar under the character portrait. If in doubt, click them in skill preview or during battle to make sure you're looking for the right one.

My five GBI obelisks don't have either of those, my invulns are 2s and my dmg boosts have no survival procs.

Corvus doesn't need it he rarely gets guard broken. 2bh I don't think I've ever been guard broken with him. I use him for xab all the time. The only thing he needs is a damage proc otherwise he'll only get about 80 to 90k, that is if he doesn't have his iso set awakened and uru maxing his stats and giving him more physical attack.
