Kensei is really good against Centurion, actually. As soon as he turns orange for his kick, just do a dodge light. It deals solid damage (especially against Cent, about a fifth of his HP) and there's not a lot he can do about it. However, you also have a lot of issues because your lights are so easy to parry and you have no real options to crack him open if he turtles.

In Dominion, if you are primarily ganking, you can do literally anything and succeed most of the time. A lot of people only play Dominion, and only fight when they have a numerical advantage, so they never learn proper techniques.

If you dodge a kick do not gb, 700ms dodge + kick chaining into heavy means you will get stabbed, do dodge light.
Block his heavies, the variable timing and soft feint into gb means he can punish parry fishing greatly, only parry fully charged heavies as they have an easily reactable point of no return.
Never fight near a wall or give him obvious lights, atleast in this patch as his parry followup is devastating, if he does get it off on you and does the max punish dodge the 3rd swing of the zone attack and punish.
His zone is 3 slashes, 500ms 500ms 600ms, non feintable.
Every stab is a heavy, every slash is a light unless its a zone, the zone makes his arm cross his body, zone parry punishes are heavy timings.
He can jab after every heavy, dodge this for a free guardbeak.
Full charged heavy pins gives a full charged jab, parry the heavy dingus.
Heavy after kick is not guaranteed
Heavy after jab is guaranteed if jab wallbangs you, another jab however is not, dodge it.
He gets a free light after a kick or a jab, if he attacks again straight after a light parry that shit, its always another unfeintable light.
After every light he can also go for a unique quick throw guardbreak, easy to cgb but has no sound, just pay attention.
He cannot be reliably parry baited into guardbreak, his heavies have too little startup.

We have never had an in depth discussion of dominion which is odd for /vg/. The comeback mechanic in for honor is one of the most forgiving I have ever seen I really feel like the devs did this for EPIC ESPORTS for da come backs but the esport crowd all flocked to 1v1 so were sort of stuck with the devs not catering to one crowd.

Dominion is better in a competitive environment we already know this aswell

I feel like more frequent revenges are better due to there being no noticeable difference in revenge power. Revenge's main purpose (especially on Warlord) is knockdown. You headbutt someone, then jump attack headbutt them and repeat. Kills them in 2-3 shots.

For actual builds? Not too sure, haven't gotten Warlord to Rep 5 yet. As for actually playing Warlord, go with the passive feats that increase damage resistance, damage, and HP, as well as probably Fire Flask since Regenerate and Auto Revive are completely useless now. Before they nerfed Auto Revive I would have gone with that.

When you don't have revenge up, a lot of people will pre-pre dodge your headbutt, dodging on reaction to the start up of your forward dash. Exploit this to go for ledges, which are honestly your main form of killing. Even if an opponent blocks your jumping top heavy, you can follow up with an immediate, nearly impossible to dodge headbutt.

Warlord isn't nearly as good without his obnoxious as fuck feats. Flesh Wound and Tough As Nails give him crazy survivability combined together, with an additional 25% damage reduction and 35HP respectively, making his effective HP something like 200 on top of the bonus damage Deadly gives him, and his amazing ability to ledge people from a million miles away.

only got my WL to rep 4 but if you're wanting to level him i'll give you some tips.
you can land a top heavy off a guard break but you can't land a side heavy. the side heavy is very slow, but it does an extra 5 damage. since it's so slow a lot of warlords don't bother using it. i've noticed quite a bit of people aren't used to parrying it and usually try parry prematurely. they usually catch on pretty quickly, so only swing out one of them once or twice in a fight.
if you toss someone against the wall it will stun them (similar to raiders pommel strike) after getting the wall stun you can land a side heavy.
WL gets a superior block on his lights, usually it's better to just parry but once you got the timing down it feels pretty sweet to superior block an attack and then tossing a side heavy and trading blows because you get hyper armor on heavies.
full block stance is pretty nice with WL. i'm pretty sure the heavy attack out of full guard is faster than a normal heavy. don't use this is they're swinging at your left side, they will block it. you can also light attack and headbutt out of full guard.
if you press the guard break right after the parry you'll hit them in the face with your shield dealing massive stamina damage and stunning them you can follow this up with a light which is the stab or you can land a heavy attack after this if they didn't swing at your left side.
also never open up with a headsplitter leap. most warlords do this so a lot of people will be ready to parry this, plus it does 5 less damage than a top heavy.

plus you can gb someone and push them a mile away off a ledge, so that's fun.

The intros are pretty cringey, but also par for the course when it comes to D&D characters. I find the show very enjoyable, but you do roll your eyes at some of the characters when they ham up the drama. Matt is an absolutely top tier DM though and watching him work is worth it alone. p2p makes sense for 1v1 fighting games since it minimizes ping delay. Stable p2p is inherently more responsive than servers.

The problem comes from the "stable" part, p2p tends to fall apart when more than 2 people are involved. It doesn't have to, but it really depends on the framework in question, and For Honor's in particular is pretty shitty. While it could be improved over time, they should probably just keep p2p for duels (and maybe brawls?) and switch to servers for the 4v4 modes, where perfect finesse is less important anyway.

Let's talk about how lawbringers are largely irrelevent.

Any kind of heavy he has is easily parryable. Long arm of the law? Dodge it. Lights do 10 damage. His zone is somewhat okay but still easily blockable. The only option is to cheese guardbreak heavy but that's scummy as fuck.

Someone tell me that there's some way to fight anyone who's halfway good at this game with lawbringer. Assassins like berserker are especially difficult to fight against for obvious reasons.
