i'd keep it myself. what you have there is what i call a "grade A-" riven. a riven that plays on damage and one stat already innately powerful to the weapon. those are for personal use. a "grade B" mod would be a mere 2 beneficial stats, no third or no negligible negative stat. my favorites tend to be +damage, +crit/status whatever fits the weapon more and a random element

a "grade A+" riven are those "god mods" you see spammed in trade chat. 3 beneficial traits that sync with innate stats and one negligible negative trait. these are NEVER for personal use. they are for selling only. complete and unnecessary overkill that you can sell to whales easily.

grade C mods are shit stats that have their kuva hymen broken for no good reason and a random amount of rolls. it's very hard to sell them for anything but a meager amount of plat. if you're going to roll, get something nice for yourself, or go big or go home if youre only rolling for a profitable mod.

Yeah, nah. That's not gonna go well. If you want to have magic balls, tank your duration completely with Fleeting Expertise and Transient Fortitude. Rip out Streamline and Ice Wave Impedance and drop in Vitality and maybe Intensify or Streamline to reduce costs to the minimum, though with Primed Flow you might not need the little bit of extra help. Swap Endurance Drift for either Cunning Drift or Power Drift. Then spam recasts to give your globe more health.

Ice Wave aug isn't bad but even for a hybrid build this isn't how I'd go about it. At minimum I'd be dropping Chilling Globe to put a power mod in there instead.

Personally I'm not a fan of Chilling Globe since it has a fixed chance of freezing enemies. If it was base chance and modified by power strength like Chromatic Blade I'd be much more inclined to use it, as long as you could hit 90+ per cent freeze chance.

well that's harder, depending, since it takes literally twice as much xp and you're stuck either leeching at a fixed rate of 25%, killing with your own weapons at 50%, or if you're in luck the frame has some decent killing abilities and once those are unlocked can start earning at a rate of 100% (and hopefully fueling itself with energy from level-ups until the next even without any other regen)
