Tokyo Tattoo Girls has no gameplay. I repeat it has no gameplay. The 1-minute trailer actually shows all the gameplay there is.

On the strategy map, you have some territories which spread and contest neighboring territories until you conquer all of them. This is done automatically and all you do is to manage an honor bar and try to make it not reach zero.

The tattooing is a just an upgrade shop, you cannot see the tattoos in anywhere except that one screen. Each territory has a boss tattooed girl, and you "fight" her when you conquer her territory. There is no fight, you always win after a hilariously poorly made cut-scene, and the only thing you get to do is to choose between 3 dialog choices. If you choose the best one, you unlock a CG for that boss.

This game has about as much content as a $2 mobile game. Oh and while it is fully voiced, the ecchi is very mild. You won't be getting a boner off it.

Mission difficulty increases the chance of +++ dropping but it's still RNG. Try to use rumors that raise the chance for +++ to drop from archfiends in 11+ star missions.

What do you think about the dungeon gameplay itself? I think they made a pretty solid job on that part too, though I think the special skills can be easily too powerful at least in the story sections. Might be that the true challenge lies in the post game and those challenge dungeons yet again. But I like the enemy variety they've made, they actually use them more frequently.

I'm not too far yet, but it feels really easy compared to the first game. Yes, enemies are more varied, but none of them are challenging so far. Probably because you can use books to upgrade your equipments, and Urara has a pretty insane dodge rate and strength, not to mention really cheap skills. Once you gear her with the proper armor, it becomes easy. Bags and in-dungeon shops takes care of inventory and money problems.

Having a loli playable character, combined with in-dungeon onsens every few floors, is a huge motivation booster for me. I'm really really liking this game. Wishing the publisher a high sales number.

Yeah I've only got one game over and that was really my own fault. I think the monster rooms are tougher since they're way smaller this time around so you will get hit. Though Uraras sleeping skill makes them not that much of a deal anyway, I'll probably use Rio for a while since I got her now. I think they made the leveling up skills a little bit too easy for the main game at least, the balance really isn't there. Though that said, I think they made the main game intentionally easy to give people a chance to play the game since there's probably a lot of people who don't especially like to play dungeon crawlers but want the lewd.

Did you ever clear that 100-floor post game dungeon in the first game? I kinda lost motivation once in somewhere around 70-floors the enemies became way too tough and I didn't want to grind perfumes. At least this time around each girl doesn't have specific perfumes, that was a pain in the ass.

Yup. After years of watching anime and playing games on original audio has left me understanding 60-80% of things they are talking in games. The rest can most usually be guessed by the situation. Of course there's always something you don't understand especially if there's some terms you've never even heard of. This understanding is only limited to games really since they use the same kind of language in most of the times. And I really have to pay attention to get anything understood from the story, if I space out I'll probably be lost about what the fuck they're talking.

They added some items to this game and that has been a little harder, but usually shitty google translate provides enough information of what the item does. And certain items I just remember from the Japanese characters what they do. Visual novels wouldn't be fun with my knowledge, but I can enjoy games like Omega Labyrinth just great. Though the translated item list was a must have to get started anywhere.

They will include Ayesha Plus in the EU summer sale tomorrow, right? They probably just forgot it, right?

I would honestly need a bigger motivation driver than just video games for me to actually learn a new language fully, I don't watch anime at all these days or read mangas. Maybe I should take it as a challenge, but I enjoy playing games way too much to delve myself into that business.

I own and quite enjoy it. Break Edition has a lot of game for your money, I'm almost to the end (I think), and I am not even close to having every gunpla kit. It has some slowdowns, and a few weapons will kill the framerate, but if you can look past that it is a pretty awesome and solid game.
