I don't have Legion yet because I've just come back and I'm basically starting from scratch (although I have some heirlooms). When I do get it I'm thinking of boosting a character at level 60 to make use of the profession boost. I don't know which would be the most valuable boost in that way though, any thoughts?

Also, is taking Enchanting a good idea on my new character to disenchant all the gear I won't be using because of heirlooms? Could I make some money out of the dungeonfinder grind that way?

I've reached a point where only Heroic and Mythic TOS give me any good gear. I have no reason to do anything other than profession WQs and farming nethershards has no purpose. The only reason to do a M+ dungeon is for the weekly chest and once its completed there is no need to do anymore.
