Squall is mostly spellblades, and judging by your lower level skills you don't have many orbs yet. Drain strike is pretty cheap and can save you some heals. It's non-elemental too, which could help a bit with saving heals.

Fryevia's a GL exclusive so her future is a relative unknown, but if her enhancements are even half as good as Tidus/Aileen/Orlandu's, she's gonna be relevant basically forever. Fryevia is better than Orlandeau in a perfect setup. Which requires a lot of trust masteries. Orlandeau is pretty much as good but more content is specifically tuned against him. He's easier to get strong quickly (read:before you quit because you realize this is way too much grind for a phone game) and thus you're more likely to actually enjoy the game

It is a different set depending on if it's a past or present mission for this one. The right side (past) missions have magic-related crysts (White/Black/Green/Healing) and the left side (present) have physical and generic crysts (Power/Guard/Tech/Support). Thus the left side is far, far superior as an option.
Anyway, the drop rates seem to be the same for the top two, so do the 85 NRG one. It seems to have a flat 50% drop rate of giancrysts, which might be improved by Xon but it's not clear. Split across four types, that means each run is a 12.5% chance of getting a particular flavor of cryst. At 85 NRG, that's averaging 680 NRG per power giancryst. Probably better with Xon, but it's not clear.

Farming giancrysts is never easy. But this way, while heavy on the NRG, is more assured (you will definitely see giancrysts drop regularly) than the vortex which feels like an absolute mystery.

2B isn't much worse than OK and about as good as Dark Veritas, but would probably be better than Reberta.
However, you should roll pretty heavily on the NieR banner anyway. 9S is a solid support option and has one of the best TMRs in the game, and 21O's TMR is an interesting option for WoL.

With the caveat that we have no idea how good A2 is going to be. If she's excellent, then the banner becomes a guaranteed top of the line. If she's trashy, then there's problems.

She can't imperil element, that's something you need to know, that's the best way to skyrocket your damage as capping your chain today is even easier with the spark chain forcing we've recently discovered. Orlandu imperil's with his main attack which is an amazing perk.

On the other hand 2B has monster base ATK, native use of fists and innate DW. Orlandu has nothing of this and has to waste slots which could go to ATK materias or Champion Belts.
