Depends on the gun, and on personal preference.

Generally, the holo is great on anything, the reflex is good on some guns that eat up too much screenspace with the holo, and the red dot is passable on certain guns where it has the small model.

Kapkan needs to either move faster so his setup time isn't so bad or have his gadget changed so that it's harder to see. I think I would make Kapkan a two speed and remove the laser on his tripmine and replace it with a single proximity beep. So like, you run towards a mined door, as you approach the frame (not sure on distance, would need actual testing)you will hear a single *BEEP* and will know there is a mine there. The idea is that it's far enough that if you're running at the door you have time to react, but if you're a 3 speed, unless you're a god, you might be fucked.

Tachanka I have no idea how to fix... Maybe if he had armor piercing rounds or some shit that let him shoot through concrete and reinforced walls

I thought it was all a joke but I tried playing ranked so I could get placed since I'm unranked and casual has been 3-5 stacks ever almost every game, and I'm just not gud enough for that kind of stress having to be on top of my game 3/4 the time or just instantly die

8 out of 10 of my placement matches I had to play against 3 to 5 people with 190 - 260 ping, and each time they were all queue'd up together since at the end of game screen they would all drop at the exact same time.

It was hell. I don't like vsing 3-speed 250 ping BRs who dropshot every time you see them. I just want to go back to my comfy Siege where I was kind of alright for my bracket and now I just get crushed or carried.

If you want something that's exclusively in a lootcrate, you have to gamble for it. The "natural" drop rates are usually fine tuned to be just slow enough to give you very few crates, but still remind you what you're missing out on. Unless you are astronomically lucky, you will have to invest way more than what the item is worth to get it within your lifetime.

I would be fine with crates if you still had the option of directly buying anything in them, but making stuff exclusive to RNG/gambling is customer abuse, plain and simple. I am not happy with the fact that everyone is not only okay with it, but praising them for it. It's uncomfortably naive.

And sure, you can say that they're "just cosmetics", but content is still content. Just because they don't matter to you doesn't mean they can't matter to others.
