Yeah, it's kind of funny that Saionji actually does complain about food and throws tantrums and is loliconbait (confirmed in universe even) but she's actually pretty fleshed out even despite having her dr2 character arc cut short. I just completed the case in dr2 and confirmed that Fuyuhiko didn't die from his wounds from Peko, but I was wondering, why would Monokuma have a responsibility to ensure that Fuyuhiko survived the wounds? In dr1 its shown that a student that is going to die can still break the rules, so Peko could have killed Fuyuhiko and it just would have been her killing two people, it wouldn't he Monokuma executing two students. Peko would be the killer in that case, not Monokuma. I assume it's really just plot convenience and I'm thinking too much into IT.

Here, this is the author's pixiv. The comic you want is the one with Saionji, Ibuki, Koizumi and Tsumiki on the cover.

I believe the comic it comes from is a tie in with the rest of the author's take on the DR2 class, which is quite a few books. It hasn't been scanned or, it /has/ been scanned up uploaded onto some sort of private website without my knowledge possibly. This doujin was released years ago most likely, at the height of SDR2's popularity, the chances of getting a physical copy are most likely slim, as you'd have to have been to the actual event at the time.
