Have they stated if recruting units is gonna be different for lizardmen in the campaign? It would be kinnda cool if you were given units at certain points in the campaign with events giving bonus units from time to time. Would really vary how you play. Could also be really annoying when you get 80 cards of skinks in a row.

By the time they reached me, they were in good formations to be engaged by the enemy. The only fuck up was that my artillery didn't get good shots because they disappeared in the fucking woods while advancing. But as someone said earlier, their infantry simply overwhelmed mine while their cavalry kept mine busy.

Yes, the Greatswords were in one big line, the halberds were at the left and right end of the mainline, the handgunners and crossbowmen behind them. My artillery further back, defended by one unit of Greatswords. Their cavalry never got to my ranged units or artillery until towards the end of the fight, when apparently one of their units got away and started fucking about, while all the rest were destroyed by the Demigryph Knights and Halberdiers. After defeating their cavalry, I procceeded with charging and recharging their infantry line with my Demigryphs, but it wasn't enough since they were already destroying my Greatswords with sheer anti-infantry and armour-piercing numbers.

Can I do it anons? I have a funny replay saved somewhere where with two units of Demigrpyhs and one unit of Reiksguard (all exhausted and down to like 1/3 of their HP), in an underground Dwarf tunnel battle map, I run around the remaining Dwarf infantry (like 10 units or so) for like 40 minutes or so, eventually defeating them. Can I do that again here or will the Red Duke simply nuke my cavalry?

Well, I did order my general to attack The Red Duke. He was also in the middle of my greatswords, so I presume they were hitting him aswell, but there was no way for my cavalry to reach him in the middle of the infantry melee. And for fear of friendly fire I didn't focus him with my handgunners and crossbowmen.
