A friend of mines runs that since he couldn't get Bridelia, he has a lot more power than quadsuna but is significantly slower. He's only slightly faster than Bridelia but she has more power to make up for that.

I ran some sims with the brave bow builds for all three and under the same conditions with the units you listed, they ranked as follows:
neutral Bridelia > Takumi > +atk Setsuna > +spd Setsuna

The difference in each case was no more than 3 wins in either direction so they're all very close. If Bridelia isn't +spd you can use Takumi as he (barely) has the best bulk of the three options, so you can occasionally use him to bait units.

I'm farming Hero Merit on the kodari maps, it's more reliable and to run Lunatic TT I dont believe you can just 'auto battle' and if you're not doing Lunatic then better just to use he kodari maps to farm HM, personally i just dont think it's worth the orbs to do that many of the same map over and over with boosted stats

Elphin is better than Lalum, but Echidna is better than Bartre. Gonzalez has a lower level on Route A, but I think Route B is arguably better since he can promote faster, and his promo gains are pretty great.

If they're using game models like that it means they literally did not hire an illustrator to do character art. If they're running that cheap, it means the game itself is likely on an absolute shoestring budget.

Which company is making it? If they've done musou before, expect literal recycled animations from that game. They're probably using all of the same model rigging with new skins on them (hence why so many swords, too).
