Attack+3 is only if DB3 is unavailable. Brave Axe Cherche is almost always going to want to rush things, if he gets attacking she's getting doubled to hell and back, only really tanking lance hits safely.

I prefer Drag Back to Hit and Run, if only because it's much easier to get, and she's going to be killing over 90% of what she attacks anyways so the difference is marginal.

As for Legion, you're probably going to want Killer Axe(until a better version comes out) if you plan to use Draconic Aura, L&D 2 isn't worth it if Fury 3 is available, you lose too much in difference.

It really depends on what you need. Hector is an enemy phase unit, good at baiting and counter killing, even if he's bad. Mine is -atk and I have literally 0 problems with him killing stuff. However, my Cherche has time and again proven to be more valuable on offense oriented teams, because of her ability to pull my cav units across trees, water and mountains. I'm not saying Legion is bad, because he's a great infantry axe, but compared to Cherche, it's night and day for me. In the end, its up to you and whichever one you like more really.
