A few times. I both love and hate it. You have a decent mag size (25 I think) with extended and that's pretty much a must have. It does decent damage but the recoil isn't great and it empties so quickly that if you don't aim well at the beginning, you'll barely have time to correct your aim before the mag is empty. I was using it in a dark building in Georgo the other week when fighting a 1v1. It kicked up so much dust and smoke my oppononent practically disappeared. I think the best way to use it is to constantly move since you're fast and won't get your weapon stuck in tight corners and just spray at your enemies. It's like using a shotgun since it empties so fast you have to move into cover and reload. Thankfully that's pretty fast though.

I know i'm a pussy but has anyone else used those shit shacks to hide out until the end of the game? I noticed like 75% of the time when the circle gets pretty small (top 10-5) there's always a shit shack that's still in the circle, so I started using those to hide my way into top 10 easy. I already won 3 duos with a friend just doing, because no one ever checks them and if they do they get instantly lit up. The only problem is that you don't want anyone to know you're in there without killing up, otherwise they will camp it for when you have to get out. Otherwise it's the perfect place to sit and watch the madness unfold through those high windows.

I don't know, ever since pic related where a full squad burst out of the shack, I've started to check them out for potential enemies. Sometimes people switch weapons inside over the should so you'll see it through the windows. Sometimes you can see weapons clipping through, and if you're on higher ground you can look in through the windows.
Once people spot you you're pretty much fucked since there's only one exit and usually no other cover around, but other than that I think it's a good strategy.

Does the SCAR count as military gear and have different droprates in certain areas? I feel like it's extremely rare outside of very high quality loot areas(such as military), whereas the M16 and AK is in every cabinet. Of course sometimes I trip on four SCARs in one town.

I find that SCAR is slightly less common than M16/AK, same as the M4 pretty much.
The SCAR is an easy to control AR that handles better than the M16/AK, but has more range than the M4 with a slightly lower fire rate.
If you dislike the M16 (best for long-range) or the AK (most damage per bullet), the SCAR is a versatile weapon.

You pretty much have to spend 5-8 minutes just to get to the point where it gets a bit interesting, and most of the time the game ends anti-climatically and you are back at the start. At first, this rapid fire approach was really enjoyable, but now I find myself not being able to play more than a few games in a row before feeling burned out

It doesn't. I've only had it happen once but it seems to just start shifting position every so often. Was playing squads with friends and we got upstairs in the last building in the circle, other team comes in below is, next little while is just occasional nades and peeked/warning shots, eventually I manage to jump from a matress out of a window (still haven't been able to replicate this) and circle around to start shooting them where they're waiting at the bottom of the stairs, as I'm moving the circle moves a little bit (half a small map-square, maybe) and everyone else (including my remaining teammates) gets fucking vapourised in like 5 seconds.

Hey, looking for some advice from some good players.

I've been playing about a month, I have 5 solo wins, 3 duo wins and 2 squad wins. I find that i'm extremely good close range up early game shenanigans. I find I usually take pochinki or military base fairly easily, playing corners with 3rd person aiming for the head with the UMP. But my problem lies in late game. I always find myself getting killed from random directions.

pretty much only time I die is when I'm running to a safe zone and get cornholed by two people shooting from random directions. Any tips for late game? Also, my rifle shooting is shit with anything other than red dot, any tips? Why am I so good at military base shinnegins but terrible at open field late game stuff?

At the beginning all your deaths are going to feel like "WTF I got shot from nowhere bullshit!!!" until your prediction/situational awareness develops a bit more. honestly bud you can change this. yes gun spawns are random, and yes you can get very unlucky. You can however give yourself the best chance at getting armed and ready.

Most people in this game will gravitate towards what they believe will be the best chance at getting a gun (warehouses/Large buildings) and getting geared as quick as they can land. You can use this to your advantage, by dropping in a better tactical position that forces them to come to you.
I will use Lipovka as an example. Lipovka has three large warehouses and a decent amount of buildings surrounding it. Most people will jump for the warehouses hoping to get that sweet sweet AR and then shoot those unlucky enough to not get a gun. The warehouses don't really have that many loots spawns, so while you can almost always find a gun and maybe armor/helmet there isn't that much gear. The player that gets armed and wins the fight will have to move into the town to loot further, since it's now turning into urban house clearing shotguns and SMG's are at home and AR's while still useful are not the end all be all. You can clear two to three houses and get good enough gear to take on whomever wins the warehouse fight and take what they have too.

It's all about how you approach a situation. yes you can get fucked my loot spawns. But chances are you get a gun and blast the other guy before he even see's you.

Are there any plans of changing the reward system? There's no point paying more than 5k for a crate when they reset each sunday so I just wait after 4th crate and end up having nothing to buy for the money I collect. Bummer

Some three man squads do it because that leaves them with extra loot and being three is still pretty good. But yes, it's stupid. I'm glad people are getting banned for it, especially that streamer guy.

vector should have bigger bullet magazine by default
