Early RK is pretty boring. All you can really do is auto through dungeons. It only gets interesting later on. Once you get to 60 stamina, get carries through the multiplayer normal every week to get growth eggs, and that should help you a bit with levels. Using RW OSBs can usually get you past the event bosses up to the + ones, so that will help a bit with

I'd buff Berserker to have increased Speed, Attack, and Crit rate. If moves like Rapid Fire, Kick, Blitz, etc are learned, then it has a small~moderate chance to use those.

Using Steal/Mug and Control with Learning or as a Blue Mage would also let you learn blue magic.

Animals and Gaia would also get small multipliers that increase with job level and character level, making them more viable for mid-end game. Among other changes.

Because it doesn't repeat outside the banner it premiered on...which I threw my first 150 mythril at and failed. Her SSB, USB and LMR on on DoC banner 2. Her BSB is on Superfest banner 1. Her USB comes back during the VII event after DoC. Her BSB2 and LMR2 are on Superfest II banner 2. But no OSB. Though I guess it has come back on 2 lucky draws, but those were the Combat Nightmare LD and the every BSB and up LD during Extreme Fest, I was lucky enough to pull Cloud OSB off one of those.
Though I am hopeful that it ends up on a fest banner due to some global fuckery, like how Cloud's OSB ended up in the last fest.

Well, i'm stuck with finishers, so I only have double Olive for Physical Damage and double Emperor for magic damage, assuming I ignore the damage on my chainers, i'll need at least 2.

I just want two Ashes for this team as maybe I can forego a healer and just use Warrior of Light for breaks and a Rikku friend for defenses, while Ashe heals. 0 / 2 Ashes right now though. I think at most, I'd need 3, for 2 chainers and 1 finisher, at least until 10 man fights come around.

I suspect that that's because 1 is a harder to come up with meaningful content for unlike II: There's barely any story, barely any fleshed out characters, etc. The Labyrinth of Time tries something different with its minigames and how it impacts Chronodia, but I found that more tedious than the SoC.
There's a reason the GBA re-release was named after II's bonus campaign.

Even if they were struggling to make things for FFI, they could've designed these better.
