justify lina's extra attack ranged talent and base range.

seriously, it's a anti-fun broken talent. It takes away some heroes specific niches and give something that most cores pays a heavy price to achieve early on and is hard to keep at late (lance, pike)

Plus it deviates of her nuking play style. I mean, nuker lina is severely underpowered now because all the nerfs went towards that direction (in favor of making her laning weaker) but she still flashfarms like npnp and the lv 25 Fiery Soul talent nef was a bad joke (also, the Dragon Slave CDR talent is also weaker than before because of the Dragon Slayer nerf).

I know frog doesn't buff heroes weakness and nerf usually by making their weakness more of a thing but talents is a whole new level of fuck up.

What I would do:
Dragon Slave and LSA back to 280/280, this fix her laning harass forever.

Base range back to 625, +4 base damage.
LV 10 talent: from +80 LSA to +40/40

Lv 15 talent from +50 Damage to +6% spell amp (+50 dmg moved to lv 20)
lv 20 Talent from +150 atk range to Laguna Blade pierces spell immunity
LV 25 Talent from -4 seg Dragon Slave to Dragon slave damage +250.
Aghs reworked to old values (1250 at lv 18) and extra 300 cast range.

nah my stack is about 4K average mmr. sometimes we queue all pick but we try to do other modes like all random or random draft. playing a small portion of the hero pool and pigeonholing your experience into what can happen between that small part of the hero pool is not fun. You need to expand your horizon on what heroes to play. Yeah, youre gonna feed, yeah youre gonna singlehandedly lose games. But if you never get to experience a 5 man rp, a 5 man black hole, turning a fight on your own, big dicking people down with sven, being about to die on dazzle or oracle but in your dying breath buying your carry some time and saving the fight. I don't mind hero spammers, but if a very limited pool of heroes is all you've gotten out of dota 2, its not gonna be fun, ever.

Look at your image. The first item that grants you regen is Echo Saber, long after you needed to solve your mana issues. So you don't have mana, which is why the item timings is so slow.
Even Tread switching and buying 7 clarities doesn't solve that.
On top of that: If your HP Pool is being dented, you can't offset it anymore, because you don't have any form of regen. In your image, it takes that Pudge 400 seconds to regen his HP, which is too long. Also you can't jungle with Rot, because you don't have HP regen or magic resistance.

Then you Blink/SB into melee with rot, Dismember and then hook. Essentially giving up the advantage hook gives, to componsate for being bad at Meat Hook.

tl:dr horrible 1/10 build, but it works because Pudge is Pudge.

maybe, i used to play quite a bit of league (like was top 200ish when challenger was 50 people and master didn't exist). judging from population alone, 4k is around top 10% and 5k is around top 2%, meaning it's the diff between plat 5ish and diamond 5ish(meaning both trash)

at that point, the diff. isn't that much in mechanics, but in decision making most likely. however, dota 2 has a lot more mechanics as opposed to league, meaning there are more things u can excel in to crutch ur other weakpoints. ie. game knowledge, counterpicks, ect and being a good shotcaller is more important than ever because u have access to an ingame mic which is fuckin' insane

anyways im rambling, the diff between 2k -4k is most likely far larger than 4k to 5k. like in league, u don't even start playign the game until u hit high d1. and even in soloque, erryone is retarded and im assuming in dota, it's absolutely the same shit.

im jus assuming in dotes it's a bit diff in league as u go higher. with dotes, u can slowly refine and perfect more mechanics to become efficient, as opposed to league where all u can do is train ur prediction ability/reaction time and minimizing mistakes

anyawy, u can easily get to 5k most likely lacking a huge amount of knowledge about the game provided u have a good crutch in other areas, but it'll prob take a shitton of time as u can place 3.5k max in now i think? so about 60 wins in a row, which isn't too bad
