The only heroes with non ultimate one shit abilities are Hanzo, widow and previously hog. No other heroes can do this. Everyone else has to manage their clip. Make sure they get headshots all while avoiding being killed by the enemy team. Hog could stand there, hook and kill someone. Anon, the reason junkrat isn't op is for 2 reasons. The balls are impossible to aim, and they are slow moving projectiles you can DODGE. While I do appreciate you admitting hog is a braindead hero like junkrat, lobbing easy to avoid and easily reflectable projectiles is different than a hitscan hook that can hook you THROUGH TERRAIN to one shot you.

Lmao the only hero on that list that pro players think is broken right now is Tracer. Tracer is a hero that rewards high skill play really effectively. So much so that when you get insanely good at her she is broken. Tell me the last time you saw a Tracer (that wasn't smurfing/hacking) that dominated a game down in plat? Bastion only needs his bloom tightened and Junkrat only needs to be able to throw his trap further or to have 6 grenades or have a slightly faster projectile to get easier direct hits. He doesn't even need all of those. Just one. You, on the other hand, want to make Junkrat able to boop everybody around him 360 while simultaneously flying and gaining 50% air speed, like Pharah's rocket jump and concussive rocket in one move. You want him to be nigh invulnerable to explosives when he was already buffed incredibly hard simply by not being damaged by his own. You want him to become invulnerable and fully heal just by slapping Q which also lets him kill everybody around him, it would be like a concussive mine that oneshots everybody and also refills his health, fucking RETARDED. I actually play Junkrat quite a bit and he can be very effective, but he needs the support of his team to shine and you have to know when to switch off him. A good Junkrat player is going to be softening up your entire team, he will get a pick a minute and you won't even see him, he has a trap out at all times and the moment you get in you get the concussive in your face. But I am not going to deny that because of his low skill floor, a lot of retards pick Junkrat and just mindlessly spam and die.

I think this would only make him stronger in lower SR games, since in higher SR games most hooks you'll get will be these:

This game is more balanced than it's every been in and no hero in the current meta is 100% broken. Some heroes have an annoyingly high 'effectiveness:skill cap' ratio but for the most part every hero has a counter and good teamwork combined with general skill can win any game regardless of composition.

I think one of the problems is nerfed high skillcap heroes and buffed no skill required heroes. It doesnt make any sense you can go high rank as mercy aka press two buttons, hide and rez.
