Is it common to build Noble Phantasm Charge to 500% in later stages of the game? I've been trying to see how high I can get it and honestly, the amount of damage enemies and my own guys put out translating to a lot of "kill or be killed," card selections makes it hard to even get to 200% starting at 60%. Granted, I don't have the absolute best team for NP building, but they're no slouches either.
