This is completely untrue. I have 65% WR in the nameless and I can tell with you a degree of fact that those situations are completely unavoidable. Anytime a tank gets too close, you're in a danger. The gun is not accurate enough to snipe from so you'll need to be at close to medium range to be useful and you can't avoid hills all the time.


I have a friend who prefers the Edelweiss explicity because of the gun depression. There are plenty of times when I just can't fire my gun or have to take extra long to settle because of a slight bump or incline. It is a huge nuisance and I really can't stress enough how annoying it gets. If the tank had 7 or 8 degrees it would actually be completely broken but it doesn't.

That's another thing, SpeedyToddler didn't even mention the one thing all other Nameless would point out, the gun depression.

The Edelweiss is actually quite powerful as far as medium tanks go, with a decent armor and speed only second to AMX CDC, but of course armor is the only thing that matters in the game, only thick armors deserve the p2w title because it invites gold rounds.

The man just did a few rounds with the two tanks against Asia's bumbling retards who were actually waiting for him to explain how the tanks worked, what they are good at and what they are bad at, instead he was "entertaining" and only did small mentions of actual information.

Because it's a new tank with unique features, the biggest downside to the tank is something that doesn't show in data measurements, height.
Like the KV-85 it can't handle uneven terrain, but with the height it's got, at close range it won't even be able to aim at an enemies' hull, get behind it and it won't be able to aim at anything shorter than itself.

The Edelweiss is faster than the T-54 and has more gun depression, a skilled player would have so much more to work with in an Edelweiss than in a Nameless.

A frontal weakspot is a necessary feature for heavy tanks as it limits their ability to dominate, an easily pennable lower plate or cupola means they have to hide behind terrain or buildings so they can't just advance as they like.

Even with these turret buffs it's hardly OP. It's a medium tank with reasonable armor and mediocre mobility. It's also bigger than it's heavy tank counter part. What these buffs are doing is making the tank more relevant due to the numerous buffs to other tanks in the game. The Patton is still going to struggle brawling with soviet mediums and players will just spam gold at the turret.

I'm hoping WG will give the t-62 similar treatment to differentiate it from the 140. Maybe by turning the 140 into a brawler and the 62 into a sniper by buffing its gunhandling and whatnot. WG themselves stated that they wanted to introduce changes to the toop soviet mediums to make them feel different. So that's what I'm banking on. Besides it's a principle thing for me now, feels like my effort was wasted, furthermore the 62 has better aestethics. But if nothing happens with the 62 I guess I'll put up with it like a battered housewife and switch to the 140.

I think so too, he's been so aggressive against WG lately, I think it's because after the incident a lot of people pointed him out for being a shill(which he was) and he realized that his main source of income was not WG but his tomato drones.

The thing with the Chrysler is that is is that they over did the armour buffing because it was laughably weak but didnt change the rest of the stats to compensate. It ended up with the same engine and speed stats it had when it entered supertest with 100mm of frontal armour.

all that needs to be done to fix it is make the machine gun port a weak spot and increase the weight or decrease the engine power.
