That's very bad ping. That's 452, 650.

To give you an idea that makes everytime you want to do something it is taking the server HALF a second to respond to you and show you you've done it. Any auto attack build would be impossilbe but any content that's actually demanding would also be very tough on you, at least you aren't over 1000ms ping but that is still considered very poor and approaching unplayable, I would suggest checking for a server nearer you
