People play coop after their first tier 2? Don't you lose credits doing that?

Nope. Unless you're absolutely retarded, every co-op game to tier 6 is automatically profitable and they're fast so the profit-per-hour isn't bad.

Tier 7 is usually profitable.

Tier 8+ profit becomes sketchy, use any premium consumables without a premium account and you'll be losing credits unless you solo every single enemy ship by yourself (but they'll spread out, teamkill each other, etc. so I don't advise 8+ without high income low repair like a premium ship)

This is one of the most forgiving games for co-op. War thunder pays absolutely nothing, but warships pays plenty for <10 minutes of work, particularly when cycling like today between a line-up of +100% xp ships, killing one cruiser each game for +50% captain xp bonus and another bonus for the ones driving a cruiser.

People who never touch co-op either have a shit win-rate, or they whale to pay for captains and flags or they've been grinding two years so their shit win-rate from before disappeared under the attrition of games with a 14-19 point captain farming new players.

I never checked when you can start losing credits in co-op, but with the setup we have now you can do a combination of co-op and normal PvP up to t4, then use co-op and PvE scenarios at t5 and t6 and never worry about credits

It depends on what class of ship you are playing, obviusly. It is not hard to do well in PvP as a t5 BB or DD, but CVs and most cruisers get shat on in random battles.

What is it about fuso that makes it attract every shell in a literal 30km radius? I've tried shooting at things but it turns out the best way to help my team in ranked is to just put myself bow on in the middle of the cap, all those rear guns be damned.

The citadel-height sides have sufficient thickness (objective mathematical fact) to auto-bounce when properly angled.

If you're showing broadside instead of bounce-angles, you'll get fucked in myoko or pensacola or anything that's not the retard-proof cleveland's 10-feet-underwater-citadel anyway. That's a problem-between-chair-and-keyboard not a ship flaw.

The flight time at 16.5km is so long that you have to be retarded and steer the ship exactly where the bullets are falling instead of literally anywhere else to get hit 3 times and die. Hell, at 16.5, most cruisers won't eat 3 hits if they just put their nose towards the battleship and DONT EVEN MOVE. Dispersion will usually just give 1, that's without the slightest bit of dodging.

If your eyes are defective, I recommend downloading aslain's modpack and changing the tracers visuals. There are bright glowing lines showing shells in flight, simply don't be where the lines are pointing 12+ seconds later.

If you can't dodge because 5 different ships are shooting at you, you are a fucking tard who doesn't understand how to play the game. Put a mountain between you and most of the enemy team. When priority targeting says 5 have moused over you and you'll have shells coming 12 seconds later, spend that 12 seconds to drive behind the nearest cliff so they wasted all 5 salvos for no damage. After you fire at someone with guns pointed the wrong way who starts turning them towards you, don't keep firing unless there's an escape cliff nearby. Simply go invisible (easily with 16.5k guns and 10-11k detectability) instead of playing calladuty like the retard who can't play light cruiser.

When invisible, do a circle and press the trigger again when it'll take a few seconds to get behind the cliff. Your shots can still land on the battleship, but even if the battleship shoots immediately, the bullets cannot win that race before cover.

The only time Fuso shines is random battle, because there are some Standard battles where the entire teams just stare at each other from 20k for the whole game. At that point you don't waste time bow-tanking.
Ranked battles are small map 7v7 where blue line snipefests should be rare, so Fuso has no advantage there.
