Atomos is MR4 and lets you toast the star chart with minimal need to aim. (Ignis does this better though)

Vaycock is MR2 but you need to max rank a syndicate. (Same with Raktalistica but it is a less popular choice)

Fucking hell Harrow is the perfect frame for the Warframe experience.

Self flagellation, neverending tedious buildup, you can try to be "skilled" but it is super inefficient and after you jump through hoops to combine your shields, health regen and massive energy surplus all you get is an okay critboost that only works right if enemies are just the right level and an all too brief invulnerability window.

Harrow is shit, on par for bottom 3 frames in the game along with Oberon and Hydroid. This is true even after his buffs. His CC is shit because line-cast is terrible. His buffs are extremely weak and unreliable in a game with Roar, Vex Armor, Sonar, etc. People say "h-he's high skill" which is not wrong but also not true. He's high-skill to do nothing. High investment, no reward. Literally the worst frame DE has ever released.
