I don't know about your server, but the economy is much friendlier than last year for new players. Also, the game's a lot easier than last december you can't even imagine. New players had to do quests in Orsha and Klai route, because there were no HGs and the IDs used to give shit exp. R8 maps were hard as hell. Even R7 maps weren't that easy. People used to die to Red Truffles in Alemeth, grinding at Storage needed a meta party, you couldn't stay in a grinding party at Maven with shit gear unless you're a Cleric and you had to stop leveling up to prepare your anus for R8 maps. For instance, Didel Tower Shield was very expensive at that time because it was a must for many classes and Virtov was the memest meme'd meme (or you could use Grynas like me, being the poorfag I've always been).

If you're smart enough, you'll find items on high demand/low availability that are relatively easy to farm. You just got spoiled by how easy it is to reach max lvl now even with shitty gear. Now it's time to spend hours and hours to finish your main character. Be patient.

Good. the solution isn't to nerf classes and gameplay styles, it should be to fix the game. Auto attacking classes encourage botting. For a long time bots were chaplains buffing and healing themselves while auto attacking, but no one cries to remove them or nerf auto attacks like necros. Hell, even making it so Dina farm and Demon Prison weren't the only good maps to kill things at would help. Money flooding into the economy is going to happen, quicker or slower, since you generate infinite money and money sinks aren't going to work forever. They should start by removing that silver chest from the medal shop since that's probably done more than any afking or botting in damage.

It's optional, they do different things, and are better in different areas, but Diev provides a little more utility and more TP uptime.

Diev brings you from 60s Duration/80s CD to 60s Duration/64s CD. Almost 100% uptime. If they ever release a gem you can go 100% uptime.

That build is bad yeah, not only is Runecaster a pretty meh class in general but it advises you to take Rune of Ice in spite of having zero skills that it even works with.

wiz 3 ele 3 is a stable good build, but this one is really limited... it could work with some adjustment to better enjoy the strengths of the runecaster. Like, the only ice spell of the elementalist tree that works with ISA RUNE is the freezing sphere and he has 0 points in it, lol. the guy who made it has no clue. sage as a rank 8 filler works. not big deal, but it's more support oriented (now at c1 at least). ultimate dimension and micro dimension damage is okay at best, but really pale in comparison to warlock 2 or FF 2.

runecaster is on a league of his own in the fucked up tier idea of a class, but one thing that is surely enjoys is wiz 3, and as I said, wiz 3 and ele 3 can't go wrong together.

So the rank 8 pick is the were you need to be creative to make this work better. RC extra burst dps is okay now (rune of destruction and justice) and if you combo ISA with freezing sphere for bursts you'll do fine. So what can synergy with this build further? Sage still a okay choice and c2 might be good for dps, but one could try two new options:

1: cryomancer c1. cryo c1 brings ice pike and ice bolt, both two reliable sources of freeze and a special attribute that boosts thunder damage on frozen mobs that fully stacks with electrocute dmg attribute itself, so no more unreliable hail shit for this combo. Pike pike/bolt -> electrocute 2x (overheat buff soon). Icewall and iceblast deal okay damage even at lower levels and there's isa rune to boost it all from time to time, specially the ice blast for a higher boost.

2: warlock c1.
Warlock c1 is shitty in comparison to c2 thanks to mastema attribute but pole of agony, now with only 1 minute cd is a respectable spell and dark theurge., while gutted, still packs a punch on single target situations (which elememe kinda lack). invocation 5 is meh tier but is still something and the great synergy is in mastema.

yes, warlock c1 mastema is enough to boost holy damage so you combo it with rune of justice...

There is no "mobility" in this game. There's only 2 skills in the entire game that increase movement speed by a noticeable amount. Catapharact's Trot, and Chronomancer's Haste. All it means is that you move faster between groups of monsters where you will stand still and attack them.
