Yeah Cane has one of the lowest ARs for converted weapons. Only thing to make your setup perfect is open foes on the Radials and maybe a better curse for the bolt gem.

For your build the minimum you'll want to aim for is Cruel Fate: 40/12/10/9/5/50. After that you can choose to pump Arc if you're going Pure, maybe a few points into Vit/End and Str/Skl to meet weapon requirements.
