Often the shitposting would get so bad you had to come back later and during times like TGS it was like someone dropped a nuke on vitagen and made it unusable for weeks like when they announced Gravity rush 2 for PS4.

The current state of vitagen is nice, slow and comfy. Its really not bad and I visit deader threads where we have multiple people on bump duty.

I'm enjoying the game so far, but I'm kind of in a rut so I can't enjoy any game for over a couple hours. The battles kind of drag on as I've been spoiled by SRPG's that allow for double movement speed. You can remove animation but it's still kind of slow imo. The game doesn't have the humor of Disgaea, it's more about Japan's deities and your interaction with them in the world. I do like that you can get XP and JP (Job Points) whenever you perform actions to skill up and obtain new skills for your current class.

Every class has 3 classes, one Main, one Sub, and one Unique. As the name implies, Unique jobs are unique to the character and every job has its own skill tree with different skills. A heads up, changing jobs means you no longer have access to that job's active skills, though you can still equip any past passives you've learned. The only difference between Main and Sub jobs is that Main job determines your base stats and gear you can equip.

Translated NISA descriptions are always something else in regional stores. Just complete gibberish. It's funny since everyone else seem to be able do proper translations, fucking Drive Girls store description is actually well translated. I wondered the same thing back in the day, but before that they didn't translate them at all, and it lead to many PSN versions of games not being available in Finland at all. I then sent them email detailing the machine translation practices used by some other developers, and pretty soon after that we got Legasista and Disgaea 3 for Vita on PSN with those kinds of translations, and apparently the formula has stuck with them to this day. At least that way they can make the digital versions available over here, especially when digital only titles are involved.
