Not especially. Vlad's a strange berserker in that he's more Arts than Buster focused, so he could be used to help Tamamo charge her NP which she'd usually find difficult.

It really depends. Berserkers are glass cannons so as long as you make sure they destroy what they hit you should be fine. Two Berserkers against a boss may be painfull.

What's the most efficient way to spend AP right now? I finished Septem and already picked up the quartz from free quests in Fuyuki and half of Orleans. My servants are mostly leveled and farming ascension materials seems a bit futile, so the 40 AP quest basically just feels like grinding master exp.

We have 300 inventory and 100 storage right now. You can stockpile gold EXP cards early so you can use them for future Servants you roll or get as event rewards.

You can also stockpile silver EXP cards then convert them to Mana Prisms so you can buy Fou cards and maximize the stats of 1 of your current Servants. Don't know when they will restock though. Alternate choice would be to buy Summon Tickets if you haven't yet.

Farming materials from 30AP dailies during Tuesday to Thursday seems more worth it than farming free quests. You can also do those.

You can also try clearing your Master Missions.

Banking gold exp cards might be best, but I don't plan on rolling until Tamamo's out so they're just going to sit there for a while. It'll take 600 mana prisms to buy out all the Fous, which sounds like a lot of the 30 AP quest and that feels like a waste. Nothing really feels like a great option.

He became REGEND because difficulty in the JP version was higher than NA. JP eventually nerfed Orleans and that's what the NA version started with.

NA also got the updated EXP farming and QP farming quests (this is the exact same quests currently running in JP). Which allowed everyone to level their Servants immediately to Lv.50 or 60. We only have bronze EXP to work with during JP starting run.
