It's an oversight in default settings, since google isn't used that often for public spreadsheets, or didn't intend to at least.
Basically, if "Prevent editors from changing access" isn't ticked, what could happen is that literally anyone could go to sharing options, and set the permission to anything, like View Only, or even Private (so that only you can see this).

I love her carefree and chill attitude, as well as her looks/fashion sense. She's a pretty good singer and is friends with a lot of other idols I like too. I like how she isn't defined by a singular "gimmick" like many other CG idols. Her personality feels very genuine and down to earth. I can also relate to her being fed up with her boring job at her parent's sweets shop and wanting a change of pace in life. It's a much more interesting backstory than "I've always wanted to be an idol". The flower she has on her limited SSR is a lotus, which can be symbolic of change. It's a neat little detail that relates to her character.

Wow 2Mix+ was a lot more difficult than I was expecting. Or maybe that's just Marionette. Still FC'd due to TD's forgiving timing but that was definitely not a perfect run.

You also get a significant amount of affection points for only your center, so it's pretty good for grinding MAX especially when there doesn't appear to be a TD equivalent to sweets in SS.
