Torotoro already significantly lowered the exp curve for tier 1 and tier 2 jobs in part 2.
The reason jobs take a while to level is because you're not meant to have every job maxed out. Capping the jobs completely trivalizes the game.

Hildr is my buffer that uses the song that boosts all stats and also depletes fire resistance as I have her with access to the Yin Yang skills. The rest are warrior, archer and fire caster respectively, doing fire damage, and with fire damage boost.

Result, I easily wipe out the hardest coliseum round in two turns, as everybody was doing 150k-200k damage.
