When it comes to VF though, it took them ages to finally make console versions and when they did, they were half-assed as fuck. PS3 version was an old build that had no online capability. 360 version was a slightly less old version that had online but it was lacking every single feature from the arcade versions. When FS FINALLY came to consoles, it had online and offered a bunch of cool stuff like version switching but it, too, lacked every feature from the arcades. It was also incomplete as far as customization items went. The customizations had to be purchased separately per character too. Not to mention that the game came out at the end of the console generation's life and had no marketing so no one was playing it.

Sega is just retarded when it comes to the business side of their games.

Let's be real though, characters definitely take different amounts of efoort to get good at, and also different amount of effort to fight effectively. The IQ and Honesty scale is essentially a function of those two parameters.

If a character is easy to play and control, and also doesn't force you to consider a lot of options when playign against him, that character is honest and low-IQ.
If a character takes a lot of effort to effectively control, has a complicated gameplan, and forces the opponent to consider a lot of your options at the same time in varying situations, that character is high-IQ and dishonest.
If the character is easy to control and play, but forces the opponent to have a lot of options in mind in every situation, the character is low-IQ and dishonest.
If the character is hard to play and control, but doesn't force your opponent to consider too many options at the same time, it's high-IQ and honest.

These metrics are pretty objective in terms of game and character balance, and ultimately the character evaluation is based on the playing field.

The bots are like 3rd dans on the highest difficulty setting, so they don't use the moves that rape me to death online

df4 doesn't really have good range and the speed is average for a good CH tool, i would use 444 for CH hunting. i think the only time you want to do df4 is if they try to come in a high crushing move.

you'll also need to use her more unsafe lows as d3 is pretty shitty low by itself.

it's just training mode because i think his combos are cool, i would probably never get consistent enough to go past blue. that said, i have a question about back2 conversions. i've seen combos listing "iFLK/iPKB" after the back 2 and i've seen video of a guy doing the stances obscenely fast after hitting the back 2. I have been trying for almost an hour and a half and have been tickling paul's hightop fade the whole time. is there an input trick to get b2, FLK 1,d1, etc.?

I was being stupid and doing qbc1 instead of 4 now I'm having the same problem as you. The only way I can get it to land is if I replace the MG 1,2,1+2 for MG 2. At that point I'd be better off doing the scrub combo I've been doing off 3+4 since it does 1-2 damage higher.
