I don't bother reading cards if I know them and some haven shitter dropped test of strength after aegis, but i had 4 followers on field at the end of my turn, so I thought he would have to clear them before attacking my face, but his aegis just whacked me for fatal despite my board. You don't need to go full Neutral. You just throw two of him in Storm Haven and drop your current Haven 2 drops for Neutral 2 drops and maybe add AotW.
He doesn't need to get insane value to be good. That's a bad way to look at it. It's like the people at the start of RoB who were trying to play dozens of LWs for Nep. If you play him on turn 6 and he instantly pops a Birdsong that was sitting on your hand, he's already good enough.
This card allows you to hold onto your amulets and play followers in the early game, what fixes a big weakness of Storm Haven that was the fact that they had very weak board presence in the first few turns if they wanted to play their amulets.

Shadow wasn't that bad in DE, but it got bullied by Haven simply because it has a ton of banish which disrupts Shadow's gameplan harder than it does with other classes (Dirt was pretty good for bullying Shadow too), it doesn't have anything to do with some "conspiracy", it's just how both classes were designed apparently.

That's literally the only reason for artists drawing art with Eris bullying Luna back then. And although there aren't any Luna bullying Arisa art that I know of, there are a few comics of Arisa crying about her sub 5% playrate.

I don't know. Putting any non-sigil or earthrite card is a liability already and Oz doesn't have that much synergy. You get 1 mana C curses and twin guardians but if don't also run winter's caprice she'll banish all your spells anyway. And even still your waiting for a turn 11 otk when haven has already killed you with aegis and dragon has already bahaumuted you 3 times.
