I am going with male nelf druid with feral end game and shaman for resto.

I'd recommend a druid since the ability to be a tank and DPS is really nice and you can do that with this spec:

You sacrifice a bit of threat and DPS by not taking Feral Aggression, but you get all the stuff you need for tanking, DPS since you get powershifting working. Tanking gear for normal level 70 dungeons is easy to get via LW, DPS similar. You will tank a lot of stuff better than protadins which will be very present on the server.

But really.

Hunter is easy, druid is very good to get geared fast and not spend too much on flying, perfect for gathering skills like herbalism and warlock is really great AoE and everyone will want you in a lot of situations if nothing the just for Seed of Corruption AoE clear of trash pulls
