There's no mention of the facility having a storage for rare catalysts, and all the servants were summoned to the same comatose masters, so if the servant selection based on compatibility instead of any catalysts, then the same servants should have appeared over and over again with every new repetition of the ritual. Well, that's probably what happened. Kiara ended up absorbing the same 128 Servants more than 70 times. Meltlilith and co. ended up defeating the 128 Servants twice anyway, despite her been nerfed the first time, and having a broken SG and slowly dying in the second one. Plus, it just took BB and Melt one retry to form a plan to take down Kiara effectively. That surely speaks for their adaptability and intelligence level.
