The idea is that your other unit wouldn't be able to do much in the match anyways, so you just jack their HP to get Ragnarok back at 100% again. It shouldn't really be used repeatedly unless she's your only offensive unit for whatever reason.
Desperation's not as wide spreading as it might be on Linde or Nino, but being able to double Hector/Reinhardt does come in handy, regardless. Escape Route's another option.

Eclipse: Resolve combat as if foe suffered Def/Res -100%. Cooldown of 5.

In his GHB map, he'd start off with a few other units nearby to help support him, with one or two reinforcements here or there. It'd be a timed map though, and the player would have five turns to clear out the entire map, emulating the duel in Path of Radiance.

Alternatively, if the duel in Radiant Dawn is being emulated, then the map would be split in two, where in one unit is engaging the Black Knight on a one on one fight while the rest of your units are in the other half fighting a bunch of enemy units (including a souped up Lance Infantry, representing Levail).

The GHBs are for "clear map with X unit" quests, the "kill with X" quests only require specific enemy level and not GHB restricted. You can thus use Chapter 9 normal and lunatic quests, depending on requirement of induvidual quest.

The 2nd week had a better cutoff of 483x because less whales and more slots

This is the 4th week, the whales are back on tier 20, and there's ~3k slots for promotion, so the promotion scores should be on the lower end
