If you get the Tampa don't equip the mortar launcher, it fucks up the weight distribution and makes you fishtail constantly. Also the Tampa in the GR mission doesn't have the same acceleration as a fully modded personal weaponized tampa.

To the anon who thought you couldn't shoot as driver in the Insurgent/Technical Custom, it's most likely because of the added window plates on it; the Nightshark has a customization option that works the same way. Plus, I remember being able to shoot with one variant of the Insurgent you get in a sale.

It has ordinary windows but the plating on them are physical objects so enemies will have to aim between the slats in order to hit you. The major downside is the fact the Tampa is all offense, a single explosive will take it out like any unarmored vehicle so don't expect to overwhelm a player unless you manage to ambush them; Even then it's still a risk because of the wind up on gatling gun and the potential to blow yourself up with the missiles.

Good for dealing with NPC threats but I wouldn't recommend it for PvP

What determines if you get chased by NPC buttbuddies on export jobs?
Sometimes I get bombarded by gang vehicles, some other times it's pretty much an easy A to B drive with no opposition in between.
Of course I always choose specialist dealer for max profit, if that matters.

I mean every update is like a self-contained thing, like it was a DLC we can buy or not, and not, well, a fucking update that's applied on top of everything that was before, but also fitting together.

That's why we have some weapons with level requirements, some without, now there is an extra layer of modding, but only applied to the "non-dlc" weapons like that made any fucking difference. We have a new laptop with a single new website each update, and they somehow cannot ever connect together. We had a rule "has weapons? -> Pegasus" since forever, and now you see for yourself. But will it be changed in regards to earlier vehicles? Doubt it.
